Christmas Yoga in the Yurt
Join me for a festive afternoon of deeply restorative Yin Yoga, supported by soft bolsters to encourage complete release. The practice is followed by a Reiki-infused relaxation, leaving you feeling calm, refreshed, and renewed. Afterwards, enjoy a selection of herbal teas and delicious seasonal treats as we gather together in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
