Yoga with Natalie


Yoga means union, yoke or unite and can translate as a union of the physical, mental, physiological and emotional bodies. 

People take up yoga for lots of different reasons whether it be to combat stress, health issues or just general well being.   Yoga is a way of life it helps connect mind, body and spirit and through yoga one can explore all facets of this tradition.

Natalie has been practicing Hatha Yoga for 17 years  “qualifying as a yoga teacher helped me to realise my dream of teaching something I really enjoyed doing whilst combining a keen interest in fitness, health and well being.” 

The Hatha method of Yoga is initially learnt through the in-depth study of asanas (posture) and pranayama (breath control).  Yoga classes will be of mixed ability where students are guided to learn and work in poses safely.   The key aim is to offer all students a meaningful and enjoyable lesson.
